The road to reentry is not an easy one. It takes perseverance, humbleness, and a helping hand. We help women find careers, reunite with family, and become upstanding members of our community, celebrating every small win along the way.
Audrey lost everything in one night. Her children, her car, her home. As she sat at Spartanburg County Detention Center, she had no idea what to do next. With the help of Spartanburg Drug Court and the Forrester Center, Audrey decided to work on her addiction. She knew she needed to be released into a positive, drug-free environment to remain sober.
After nine months in an Angels Charge Transition House, Audrey successfully transitioned to independent living. She regained custody of her children, married the love of her live, became a certified peer support specialist, enrolled in college, and thrived in her career.

Iris came to angels charge scared, unsure and displaced. Angels Charge provided her with a safe place to stay, and provided her with spiritual growth. She graduated from Angels Charge Ministry after completing nine months of programming. She obtained employment with benefits, saved money, and purchased a vehicle. Iris is now experiencing life independently but dependent on God. She continued to return to Angels Charge to talk to and support her peers, eventually joining the Angels Charge team as a Peer Support Specialist.

Dawn once had a career, home, car, and loving family - until addiction stole it all from her. Each time she was released from jail, she returned to the same people, places and things that had sent her there.
Finally, Dawn found herself ready to overcome her addiction, but she had no place to go. The court recommended she contact Angels Charge Ministry. The road to recovery was not easy, but Dawn found a new way of life. Today, she remains sober, works for a company she loves, and gives back to those around her.
